What We Do
Two programs. One mission.
A $300 registration fee should not determine whether a child plays soccer this season. A missing uniform should not keep a kid off the field. But for thousands of families across Southwest Ohio, these costs are the difference between participation and the sidelines.
Soaring removes that barrier. Directly and immediately. We pay sports registration fees, uniforms, equipment costs, and activity fees so that no child in our community sits out because of money. No waiting list. No lengthy application. No bureaucracy. We move at the speed that children's lives require.
When a school counselor, coach, or community partner identifies a family in need, Soaring handles the rest.
Ignite Their Game
Most of the children Soaring serves have never been on a plane. Never stood somewhere so different from home that it rearranges what they think is possible for their life. That moment, that first time, is not a luxury. It is one of the most powerful predictors of what a young person will believe they are capable of becoming.
Soaring partners with established youth travel organizations to curate and fund meaningful travel experiences for the children and families we serve. Domestic trips. Cultural immersion. Nature and outdoor experiences. And for selected participants, international travel that expands their world in ways that simply cannot be replicated in a classroom.
Nicole participates personally in many of these trips, because Soaring's presence does not stop at writing the check.
